Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material or labour costs.
Deposits, where required, secure booking time, materials, and labour.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, rectify the problem

We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and professionally.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred
No refunds will be provided for completed work
