Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by CA Roofing.

Services

CA Roofing provides roofing services including (but not limited to):

• Roof repairs

• Roof maintenance

• Roof cleaning

• Re-roofing

All work is carried out based on the agreed scope outlined in your quote.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on visible conditions

• Additional work may be required if hidden damage is discovered

• Any additional costs will be discussed with you before proceeding

Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property so work can be carried out efficiently and safely.

Weather Delays

Roofing work is weather-dependent. CA Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or events outside our control.

Liability

While all care is taken, CA Roofing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing roof or structural issues

• Damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g. severe weather, hidden defects)

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as outlined in your invoice

• Late payments may result in additional fees or recovery costs

Warranty

Any workmanship warranty applies only to work completed by CA Roofing and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by third parties

• Lack of ongoing maintenance

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
